THE ADRIATIQ PHILOSOPHY

There are lots of ways to be successful, but perhaps it is worthwhile to think about what business success consists of. The whole point behind business success is that one rather shapes than contemplate economic processes, in other words you will become a power factor in your own business thus guaranteeing a financial return that is over the average.

THE ADRIATIQ STRATEGY

In 1998, we saw that the
top three businesses
bringing extra profit on the
global market were the IT
sector, the energy sector
and tourism. At the turn
of the millennium we
realised that the most
creative opportunities open
up for us, long term lovers
of the sea because of
navigation, in the
constantly and basically
changing world of tourism.

ADRIATIQ ACHIEVEMENTS

As a result of our acquisitions and development projects between 2001 and 2007, we have created a coastal property portfolio consisting of 1994 hotel rooms, 189 apartments and 653 berths in the ports. The financial source for these was the owner’s equity and bank loans.

Marina Tribunj - in 2001 we managed to acquire concession rights to one of the most beautiful and best positioned ports for sailing/navigation. By 2003 we developed it into a port with 260 maritime berths and 150 land docks, with an apartment block, a restaurant, a service station, a navigation shop, a charter office, and with a petrol station that was awarded the title of the

most beautiful port of Croatia. The Marina Tribunj was ready on time and in a quality that was above average, and it acted as a foundation for our investment reputation in Croatia contributing significantly to our future acquisitions there.

Primošten - we acquired almost all the coastal properties suitable for tourism in Primošten in 2002, consisting of 1000 hotel rooms (Hotel Zora, Hotel Raduča, Hotel Marina Lučica), the Adriatiq camping site for 1600, and the Marina Kremik that could be enlarged to host 400 boats.
